Cable Car Blend
Our dark roasted, smooth, full-bodied espresso. Cable Car Blend is a blend of South and Central American coffees with an Indonesian base and a touch of Africans to provide a delicate, fruity touch. Cable Car Blend, "CCB" as our friends call it, is our Signature Blend.

Papua New Guinea
Words can't describe this coffee. Our Papua New Guinea is rich and full-bodied, with a smooth finish. You will love it any time of the day. Try it with some SF Cheesecake...

 

Kenya
Many coffee experts agree that Kenya produces the most consistent of the world's best coffees. Kenya's coffees, especially AA, are known for their winy acidity. Ours is a medium-roasted, medium-bodied coffee with a bright, fruity flavor. A Limited Edition Coffee.

Brazil
Finding Top of the Crop coffees in the world's largest coffee growing country is hard work, but we do it. Not many others can make that claim.

 

Ethiopia Yrgacheffe
Our Yrgacheffe is elegant, light, lively and aromatic. These characteristics are a rare find in an origin coffee, which is why this is a Limited Edition Coffee. Our Roastmaster's favorite.

Morning Blend
Wake up to this medium-roasted blend of Central and South American coffees, light bodied and lively. A great way to start your day.

 

French Roast
Many coffee companies burn their cheap, old, green coffees and sell them as French Roast. We don't. We burn our expensive, Fresh, Top of the Crop green coffees and sell them as French Roast. Oh la la. Vive la difference!

Costa Rica Terrazu
One of the most perfectly balanced coffees, with a delightful harmony of brightness, body, and flavor. Because it's so balanced, Costa Rican coffee is often used as a yardstick when measuring other coffees from around the world.

 

Sulawesi Toraja
Our Sulawesi Toraja is at once full-bodied and buttery. It is the most refined of the Indonesian coffees. We roast ours medium-dark to bring the coffee's body to its fullness.

Sumatra Mandheling
A medium-dark roasted, smooth, Indonesian coffee. Our Sumatra Mandheling is low in acidity and has a dense, full body. It makes a great dessert coffee and a smooth espresso.

 

Tanzania Adela
A rich and bold, fruity flavour with tangy acidity makes Tanzania Adela one of great East African coffees. Ours is grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Yemen
Rich, wild and winy with a smooth finish, our Yemen Mocha offers a link to the origins of cultivated coffee. It doesn't come along often, but we snap it up and roast it medium-dark when it does.

 

India Monsooned Malabar
The only Indian coffee we buy. Monsooned Malabar is aged and smooth with big, big body. It has rich aromas and hints of spice.
